Lawn care and Turf Technician

This is a fulltime position on Brisbane Northside to join our existing team. The position involves our Lawn Care Technicians to use their expertise to: Assess, identify and treat pests, weeds and disease in commercial and residential lawns. WE TRAIN you to do this. Fertilize lawns and turf. Interact with customers and promote products and service. Our ideal candidate will have the following: Must be an Australian citizen to be eligible for this position. Must hold a full open Queensland driver's licence. Minimum of 6 months steady employment history required. Essential to be neat, tidy, well presented, and a willingness to learn. Must be confident in talking with our valued customers. Confidence around dogs and other pets is essential. Work well in a team environment. Highly organized, enjoy working outside and have an interest in lawns. Be competent using a smart phone – will be required to use scheduling apps. Some horticultural and spraying experience preferred but not essential. Chemical handling ACDC licence would be ideal. A reasonable level of fitness is required as lots of walking involved. The successful applicant will be provided with all required on site skills, knowledge, training with overseeing in a supportive team environment.
