Job Summary Locum Speech Pathologist required for practice based in Mildura. You will work within the clinic as well as in the local community. Accommodation, travel and car provided. The team of professional clinical practitioners is dedicated to creating personalised care plans that help individuals achieve their life goals and improving the health outcomes for all their patients. All about the role Provide speech pathology services in our clients Mildura practice as well as individuals living in close by communities. Develop and implement personalised care plans that support individuals in achieving their communication goals. Work collaboratively with patients, families, and caregivers to provide education and training on speech and language development, as well as strategies to promote functional communication. Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team onsite. Work within the existing Speech team. New graduate / early career speech pathologists’ can be supported by senior members of the team when necessary. Stay up to date with the latest research and developments in the field of speech pathology, and use evidence-based practices to inform treatment plans. The skills and experience I need for this job Full SPA registration. Experience working in a similar setting will be highly regarded. Willingness to travel to local communities.
