Lead and motivate the bar team through a hands-on leadership approach, fostering a positive and productive work environment Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all food and beverage activities Train and develop team members Monitor weekly inventory levels Support and execute food and beverage marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive sales and enhance customer experience More about you Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and a Responsible Service of Gambling certificate Previous experience in managing a bar Knowledge of licensed premises management requirements Extensive understanding of liquor, bartending, and service protocols Experience with HACCP requirements The application period will close on 12/12/2025, unless a suitably qualified candidate is identified sooner.
