The Opportunity We are looking for a Leading Hand in Food Services at Fairfield Hospital. Working across a rotating seven-day roster, you willbe responsible fororder taking, meal assembly, mealpreparationand distribution of patient meals, recording intake, dishwashing, and other associated cleaning duties.You'llneed to work well in a collaborative environment and show initiative as you serve NSW Health hospital patients to ensurean optimalservice. Demonstrated computer literacy skills in the use of electronic devices and applications to record information with effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to learn basic knowledge of food safety and work health and safety principles, any previous experience would be highly regarded.
