About the Role: Due to unprecedented growth on the Northern Rivers and Southeast Queensland regions, we and are currently seeking to employ a Sales Executive on a permanent basis working Monday to Friday.This is a permanent full-time role. Reporting into the Northern NSW Sales Manager this role is responsible for the management of a customer portfolio and fostering its expansion through establishing and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to cultivate and nurture leads. The Sales Executive offers expert guidance and support, ensuring clients make informed decisions when selecting the most suitable product solutions for their projects. Key Responsibilities: Customer relationship management: growing and maintain existing accounts by building rapport with account customers. Sales growth and lead generation: Generate leads and forge relationships with current and prospective customers, identifying opportunities for product offerings. Sales performance excellence: Dedicate efforts to meet and exceed sales budgets and targets consistently, and continuously improve sales performance, implementing innovative approaches and strategies to optimise results. Customer issues resolution: Manage and address customer complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Product expertise and knowledge sharing: Act as a reliable source of information for clients, enabling them to make informed decisions when selecting product solutions for their projects. Collaborative sales effort: Work closely with internal staff and external clients to ensure a seamless sales process, and work in tandem with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies, maximising the effectiveness of the sales effort. This role is all about relationship management and would suit someone who loves engaging with people and is passionately committed to ensuring that customers receive the best and right solutions tailored to their specific needs. It requires an individual who not only excels in customer interactions but also finds personal satisfaction in building and maintaining strong connections with clients while consistently striving to deliver the most suitable solutions for their requirements. In addition, we are looking for candidates with the following attributes: Experience in a similar role, or within the industry is highly desirable , with a particular emphasis on the windows and doors or building sector, existing customer base within the window and door industry would be an advantage to meet your KPI’s, with attractive bonus system on offer. Ability to read building plans, essential. Proven sales experience: Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Customer-Centric: A dedication to understanding and fulfilling customer needs, ensuring they receive the best solutions for their unique requirements.
