Services are based on a **recovery-oriented model**, promoting self-determination and independence to empower young people to live well within their communities.**About the Role****Support Worker** with our **Youth Community Living Support Services (YCLSS)** program.YCLSS is a NSW government-funded initiative supporting young people aged **15 to 24** who are living with serious mental illness and are at risk of developing a functional disability.
