Sales and Specification Manager

Audisa is looking for an experienced specification and accounts professional to support our growth across Australia. This role is responsible for managing key accounts, ensuring Audisa acoustic panels are correctly specified in live projects, and presenting value engineered options for tenders. Responsibilities Manage and grow relationships with architects, interior designers, builders and joiners. Ensure Audisa panels are included in specifications for commercial, education, hospitality and residential projects. Review drawings and tender packages and prepare value engineered proposals that match design intent. Prepare pricing, quotes, submissions and follow ups for all active opportunities. Maintain regular communication with accounts and expand repeat business. Work closely with design, marketing, production and logistics to confirm finishes, quantities and lead times. Track the full lifecycle of projects from early specification to award and delivery. Conduct outreach using personal industry connections to introduce Audisa to new firms. Requirements Strong network across architecture, interiors, construction or joinery. Experience in specification sales or building materials. Ability to interpret drawings, schedules and tender documents. Confident in client communication and account management. Organised, proactive and comfortable handling many projects at the same time. Knowledge of PET acoustic panels is ideal but not required. What Audisa offers Competitive salary package based on experience. Support from design, marketing and in house manufacturing.
