We’re based in Melbourne and operate globally across the US, Canada, UK, Europe and APAC. Teams behind Yazio, Meshki, Saturn and Koh rely on us to scale support quickly while improving CSAT, NPS and resolution times — all on month-to-month, flexible plans. Now we’re launching our next breakout product: AI Agent Management — a proven system that helps companies adopt AI Agents with real accountability, higher CSAT, and lower support costs. The market shift is happening fast, we’re right in the middle of it and we’re ready to scale. The Opportunity We’re hiring a Growth Director to own the strategy and execution behind taking AI Agent Management global. You’ll build the entire growth engine — demand gen, onboarding, positioning, storytelling, partnerships, advocacy, narrative and pricing tests — and work directly with founders and product leaders to bring this category to life. Your success is simple to measure: how many successful new clients you bring onto the AI product. This is a unique opportunity to build something meaningful, move fast, and work globally from Melbourne. What You’ll Own Demand generation Lead the end-to-end demand engine for Influx AI Agent Management — from strategy to execution. Build and run the demand engine for AI Agent Management — strategy → execution → scale. Create the hooks, campaigns, and conversion paths that consistently generate qualified leads. Own all channels: content, partners, lifecycle, paid, outbound, experiments. Ship weekly improvements; treat everything like a test. Product marketing / positioning Shape how the world understands and buys AI Services. Define how the market understands AI in customer service. Craft messaging that’s crisp, differentiated, and founder-level simple. Produce sales enablement that closes deals: decks, case studies, one-pagers, landing pages. Translate complex AI workflows into business outcomes that matter to operators, founders and CX leaders. Feed market insights directly into product priorities. Leadership Collaborate across teams to turn strategy into scale. Work directly with founders on vision, ICP, and GTM direction. Partner with onboarding + service teams to ensure new clients ramp fast and see value quickly. Collaborate with sales to refine pitches, shape offers, and drive revenue. Sync with the broader marketing and sales teams to amplify the AI story across all channels. What We’re Looking For 5+ years in B2B marketing or growth at a successful startup or scaleup. A track record of owning a problem end-to-end — often as a team of one. Experience partnering with technical founders or technical product teams. Comfort operating in ambiguity, running experiments, and scaling what works. Data-driven mindset with clear, measurable outcomes. How We Work Treat others as you want to be treated.
