We are seeking passionate and skilled individuals to join our expanding team and make a real difference in the life of our DVA, Support in Home and NDIS clients. If you are an Support or Personal Care Worker (PCW), Gardeners, Home Maintenance workers looking for a rewarding opportunity to support our clients to live independently at home, we encourage you to apply. We are looking for staff who can fill shifts over multiple shifts including overnight, seven day a week. Full-time, part-time and casual positions are available. Your Role: As a valued member of our team, you will provide crucial support to our clients, enabling independence and wellbeing in home and the community. Your responsibilities may include: Providing respectful and person-centred personal care. Assisting with and administering medications according to individual care plan. Providing sensitive and effective personal care. Facilitating social and community access to enhance engagement and reduce isolation. Ensuring a safe and pleasant home environment for our clients. Who We Are Looking For: Personal Care Workers (PCW) with a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) and relevant experience. Experience as a Gardener and home Maintenance worker. Working with Children Check, Police Check, First Aid and CPR, Manual Handling Competency (or ability to obtain). Candidates with HLTHPS006- Assist Clients with Medications unit of competency will be highly regarded. A genuine passion for providing high-quality, person-centred care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A respectful and empathetic approach to supporting individuals with diverse needs. A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to professional standards. Current driver's licence essential and reliable vehicle (highly desirable). Ready to Make a Difference?
