Your New Role Deliver high quality and patient-focused clinical pharmacy services. Assess, plan and implement clinical pharmacy services in the emergency department. Provide education and training to pharmacy and other healthcare professionals. Manage and coordinate your team to achieve patient-focused KPIs. Promote the quality use of medicines by leading quality and safety projects. Contribute to on‑call, after‑hours and weekend services. About You Pharmacist registered with AHPRA. Extensive clinical pharmacy experience in emergency medicine. Ability and enthusiasm to lead a team. Effective communication skills and a passion to share knowledge and educate others. Relevant postgraduate qualification or commitment to complete (desirable).
