About the Role: We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist ready to transition into a team leadership and mentoring role . The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience , particularly in NDIS and aged care community work , and be looking to grow into a leadership position. This role is perfect for someone seeking part-time hours with future growth into a formal team leader or clinical supervisor position.
