Administrator - Fertiliser Weighbridge CBH Group – Broomehill East, Western Australia, Australia About Us CBH is a leader in the Australian grain industry and the country's largest co-operative. The Role As we gear up for our peak season (February to July), we are looking for a hands‑on and detail‑oriented Administrator to support our Fertiliser team on a casual basis, located in Kwinana. The role operates on a roster alternating between morning and afternoon shifts, depending on operational needs. Key Responsibilities Ensure accurate and timely data entry and documentation that reflects on‑ground activities. Communicate efficiently with truck drivers as they arrive, providing guidance on parking for sweep‑out or weighbridge access. Maintain site hygiene levels. Provide additional administrative support to the Fertiliser Supervisor as needed. About You Proven experience in an administrative, weighbridge‑related role or a similar operational role. Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively. Proficient in MS Office Suite and comfortable with computer‑based tasks. Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a fast‑paced operational environment. Willingness to undertake training and follow safe work procedures. Why Work with CBH?
