Responsibilities Partner with Business, Engineering, Data and Governance teams to design, implement, and maintain technical solutions for our people technology Landscape Support the design and delivery of Data Governance solutions across a large technical landscape in a fast-paced environment Manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of programs, including scheduling, resourcing, budgeting, tracking, benefits and communication with Executive stakeholders Facilitate the change management process and ensure program adoption, and that changes are managed effectively Act as a strategic partner by proactively fostering strong relationships throughout the program lifecycle with cross-functional teams and business-facing stakeholders Managed delivery across multiple business and engineering teams with a strong track record of driving complex programs and managing interdependent teams. Qualifications 7+ years of relevant work experience across technical program management focused on Data Governance, Access Management, Compliance, Data Quality, and Security Technical Experience with role-based access controls, Data life cycle controls, Data classification & lineage, Data retention, depreciation and deletion within the people technology domain People technology experience is desirable (Workday & Atlassian solutions) Proven track record of driving a robust data governance framework and compliance across all our data policies Excellent verbal, written, and influencing skills (including experience with facilitating meetings and engaging with an executive audience) Strong experience in using Atlassian tools, namely, Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence and Loom Agile / PMP Certification is highly desirable.
