About the Opportunity A fantastic opportunity exists to join Savills in a newly created leadership role : National Director – Bids and Pitches. In this pivotal position, you will lead the strategic direction of client bids across Australia and New Zealand, playing a key role in shaping winning strategies, embedding best-practice pitch methodologies, and elevating Savills market positioning. This is a rare chance to make a national impact, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and drive excellence in client engagement and business development. Key Responsibilities Implement a robust submission framework across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring consistency and excellence across the business Lead and oversee strategic bids and pitches across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring alignment with Savills business objectives Collaborate with senior leaders to develop win strategies, highlight our point of difference and work with our National Creative Manager to deliver persuasive, client-focused submissions and presentations Create and maintain a business wide submission content portal Coach teams and deliver training programs to enhance submission capability and effectiveness Introduce innovative tools and processes to improve submission quality, efficiency, and outcomes Maintain submission related analytics What Sets You Apart Tertiary qualifications with 5+ years’ experience in pitches and submissions, bid management, or business development. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with a flair for persuasive and client-centric content. Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities. Strategic thinker with a proactive, creative, and collaborative approach. Responsive and confident in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. Property and / or professional services experience preferred, but not essential.
