With a strong innovation pipeline, an entrepreneurial culture and an appetite for growth, the team is now looking to appoint a commercially minded National Account Manager to take ownership of key retail customers. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role suited to someone who loves turning data into strategy, building strong partnerships with Coles and Woolworths, and driving sustainable, profitable growth. Role Working closely with the Sales Director, you’ll be accountable for and lead the day-to-day management of major national retail accounts. You’ll own the JBP process, shape customer-led strategies grounded in insight, and drive execution across all commercial levers. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial FMCG environment. Someone who’s comfortable operating with pace, taking ownership, and influencing decisions that genuinely shape the future of the business. Responsibilities Managing and growing national retail accounts, with direct responsibility for customers such as Coles and Woolworths Building data-led customer plans using category, shopper and market insights (IRI/Nielsen/Quantium). Leading JBPs, negotiations, reviews and performance discussions to unlock mutual growth. Owning forecasting, promotional planning, pricing and trade spend optimisation. Identifying distribution, range and space opportunities to strengthen in-store presence. Partnering with Marketing, Supply Chain and NPD to deliver customer-focused innovation and flawless execution. Providing clear recommendations to the broader business based on emerging trends and performance analytics. Requirements Experience managing major grocery retailers (Coles and/or Woolworths essential). A background in Food FMCG, with a solid understanding of category, pricing and retailer dynamics. Strong analytical capability - confident interpreting data to guide planning and decision-making. Proven success building customer relationships and delivering joint business plans. A proactive, hands-on approach suited to a lean, entrepreneurial business. Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Commercially sharp, insight-led and excited by growth.
