Location: Carrara, Gold Coast (On-site) Role Type: Full-Time Raven Tanks Australia is expanding, and we’re looking for a sharp, reliable Sales Assistant to work directly under our National Sales Manager. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Carrara, supporting one of Australia’s leading industrial tank companies. If you know how to chase leads, follow up consistently, and keep a sales pipeline moving — you’ll fit right in. What You’ll Be Doing Following up inbound leads and enquiries across our full service range (panel tanks, liners, inspections, maintenance, repairs). Managing and updating sales opportunities in PipeDrive CRM . Reviewing, issuing, and following up quotes prepared by our estimating team. Handling daily client communication — calls, emails, updates. Preparing proposal documents, job handover details, and basic admin tasks. Coordinating with estimating , operations , and management to keep jobs moving. Maintaining momentum on all active deals and supporting the sales manager with priority tasks. Tools You’ll Be Working With PipeDrive CRM (daily) Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets) Online Communication Forums Standard phone and email communication systems Training is provided for all platforms. What We’re Looking For Strong communicator — confident on the phone and clear via email. Organised, reliable, and able to manage a busy workflow. Self-driven with strong follow-up discipline. Comfortable working in a trade/industrial environment (experience is a bonus, not essential). Solid computer and admin skills.
