Requirements You have proven experience in audience retention strategies and CTR optimization You're skilled at thumbnail design with an eye for what drives clicks and views You have strong people management experience and can lead a social media team You're highly organized with expertise in scheduling posts and managing content calendars You excel at community management and building engaged audiences You understand growth strategies across multiple social platforms You're proficient with Monday.com, Slack, and Google Workspace You can adapt content styles across dramatic, fast-paced, energetic, funny, and mysterious tones You're familiar with content verticals including entertainment, automotive/cars, and true crime Responsibilities Lead and manage the social media team during the 6-month contract period Develop and execute growth strategies to increase audience retention and engagement Optimize thumbnails and content for maximum CTR across all channels Schedule and coordinate content posts across multiple platforms Monitor analytics and adjust strategies based on performance data Manage community engagement and respond to audience interactions Collaborate with content creators to align social strategy with production schedules Maintain team workflows using Monday.com and coordinate via Slack Report on growth metrics and provide strategic recommendations to leadership This is a 6-month contract role perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, multi-channel environments and wants to make a significant impact on a growing media network.
