Your Role: Account Manager (New Business Hunter) This role is built for a proactive, phone‑ready, target‑driven hunter who thrives on building new relationships and winning new accounts. Reporting to the General Manager – Growth & Engagement , you will drive national market expansion for the Australian Academy of Cosmetic and Dermal Science (AACDS) and the entire Demi Education Group by identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities across the health, beauty, and aesthetics sectors. Your Core Responsibilities Hunting & Prospecting – Proactively identify, contact, and convert new business opportunities; high self‑generated outbound activity via phone, video conference and email is essential. Relationship Building – Establish strong, long‑term relationships with hospitals, medical clinics, group practices, aesthetic clinics, HR leaders, workforce planners, industry bodies, and RTO partners. Solution Selling – Understand industry needs and recommend tailored education, training, and workforce solutions. Pipeline Ownership – Manage your pipeline end‑to‑end using a structured, disciplined approach to CRM structure and record keeping, campaign management and follow‑up. Commercial Growth – Drive revenue, student enrolments, and partnership outcomes aligned to clear monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Brand Representation – Present confidently at industry events, partner meetings, one‑on‑one interactions and networking opportunities to elevate brand presence. What You Bring We are seeking a commercially driven, highly self‑motivated Account Manager with a strong appetite for generating new business and nurturing existing relationships to support ongoing business. Australian work rights are required at the time of application. You will have: 3+ years' experience in account management, business development, or partnerships, ideally within VET, RTO, training, or health sectors. Hunter DNA – Demonstrated ability to generate new leads, make outbound calls and emails, and close opportunities. Health & Clinical Sector Exposure – Experience working with hospitals, aesthetic/cosmetic clinics, or allied health providers (strongly preferred). Understanding of VET – Knowledge of RTO training packages, funded programmes, or workforce development models (advantageous). Stakeholder Influence – Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Documentation Excellence – Capability to produce proposals, capability statements, tender responses, and partnership documentation. Driven, Organised, Autonomous – Strong self‑management and ability to operate independently while maintaining strong team communication. Industry Networks (Bonus) – Existing connections in aesthetics, health, beauty, or education.
