About The Role Experience as Loans & Settlements Administrator with settlements in the financial services industry to join our Settlements & Discharges Team. Build and maintain relationships with customers, brokers and other lenders by providing excellent customer service. Upload loan documentation and data entry within Funding.com.au’s CRM. Facilitate the discharge of customer loan accounts. Facilitate the consents to second mortgages or subdivision & loan variation requests. Produce loan statements and account information for Funding Customers. Provide first class service to our brokers, solicitors and customers. What Are We Looking For? At least 1 year’s recent experience in Mortgages or Financial Services. The ability to provide outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated professional communication skills. A person who enjoys processes and maximising procedural efficiencies. Positive, happy attitude and team player. What We Offer?
