Then look no further we have the perfect opportunity for you We are looking for someone with experience in the home lending space with the ability to multitask while under pressure to help us meet and exceed targets in settling home loans to join our Settlement Team. This is a fast‑paced environment where attention to detail is critical and a focus on achieving a fast turnaround from approval to settlement is a must. Exceptional phone and email manner is essential. Your responsibilities will include Receiving, reviewing and understanding new applications from the credit team Ensuring all information is correct before transferring that data into our core banking system Instructing our solicitors to issue home loan documents to our borrowers Ensuring those documents are issued and returned in a timely manner Maintaining close relationships with our mortgage brokers and solicitors to ensure that settlements are booked and take place as soon as possible Post settlement actions including setting up payments, welcome calls and notices to customers and enabling online access What we provide Job satisfaction A solid foundation for a long‑term career in banking Flexible working arrangements About BNK We offer simple and easy to understand deposit accounts and mortgages under a number of brands: Goldfields Money, complemented by the Better Choice Home Loans brand, distributed via mortgage brokers nationally.
