You’ll work closely with our brokers, clients, and lenders to deliver an exceptional experience every time. Your day-to-day will include: Managing and progressing loan settlements from approval through to completion Liaising with brokers, lenders, and clients to ensure a seamless process Preparing and reviewing settlement documentation and ensuring compliance requirements are met Maintaining accurate records within our CRM and related systems Supporting brokers and the wider team with ad-hoc administration related to settlements About You We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to getting things done. You’ll enjoy working autonomously but also thrive as part of a high-performing, supportive team. You’ll bring: Previous experience in a settlements or administrative role within mortgage broking or banking Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities Familiarity with broker systems or CRMs (preferred but not essential) Green Finance Group is one of the country’s leading finance brokerages, known for our award-winning team and commitment to providing outstanding service across residential, commercial, and asset finance.
