We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Lending Fulfillment Officer to join our growing team You'll be the hero behind the scenes, ensuring loan applications are processed efficiently and accurately, while providing exceptional support to our members and third parties along the way. Responsibilities Working as part of our growing account fulfilment team, you will be responsible for the processing of mortgage loan documentation and mortgage settlements. Ensure accurate completion of mortgage settlement documentation. Provide instructions within timeframes on mortgage discharges and settlements to solicitors. Preparation of loan funding documents. Process improvement across existing methods. About You Previous experience working across lending, settlements or discharges is a must. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
