Now were looking for a motivated Vehicle Settlements Officer to join our Bella Vista team. Description ABOUT THE ROLE As a Vehicle Settlements Officer youll coordinate end-to-end settlements and deliveries across both Fleet and Novated Leasing . From preparing documentation and liaising with dealers to updating customers and removing roadblocks youll make sure every delivery runs smoothly. This role is also a pathway into the fleet and leasing industry giving you exposure to both corporate fleet and novated leasing transactions and building skills that can grow into future opportunities across the business. Your responsibilities will include : Coordinating all vehicle order settlement and delivery processes Liaising with dealerships suppliers and internal teams to remove delays Communicating with customers on settlement and delivery details ensuring a seamless experience Checking and preparing settlement documentation with accuracy and attention to detail Troubleshooting and resolving any delivery or settlement issues quickly Maintaining up-to-date records and compliance across both fleet and novated transactions Skills And Experiences ABOUT YOU Were looking for someone with a blend of administrative precision and customer focus .
