About the Role Your personality matters more than dental experience. This is a patient-facing role where you’ll be the trusted guide for people considering life-changing surgical procedures. We’re looking for someone who can combine empathy, confidence, and clear communication with the ability to guide patients through their treatment journey. You’ll build trust, explain options, and help patients make confident decisions, while also contributing to practice growth in a professional, patient‑first way. Key Responsibilities: Lead patient consultations with warmth and professionalism, explaining surgical options clearly Guide patients through treatment plans, timelines, and financial arrangements Coordinate the complete patient journey from initial enquiry to post-surgical care Drive conversions by building trust and effectively presenting treatment options Collaborate with leading surgeons and clinicians to deliver world‑class patient experiences Skills & Experience We welcome people from healthcare, wellness, retail, or customer service backgrounds — no dental experience required. What matters most is your empathy, professionalism, and drive to help others. Comprehensive training is provided in all procedures and systems so you can succeed with confidence.
