EDC Electrical & CO. services include Electrical, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning, Shut-Down Maintenance, Labour Hire, Civil Construction and Carpentry. We provide services to the Domestic, Commercial, Industrial, Private and Mining sectors. The Role: EDC Electrical & Co. requires an Office Administrator to join our team. In this role you will play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly – handling customer enquiries, scheduling jobs, supporting our tradesman and office management team, and keeping communication flowing across the team. This dynamic role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, loves problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering top‑notch support and service. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and care Communicate clearly with customers and staff Support daily workflows and adapt to changing priorities Handle and ensure completion of site‑specific training Provide support to our lead supervisors when required What You'll Bring: Strong admin and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organised under pressure Confidence working independently and making decisions Experience with scheduling software and digital tools (Simpro Software) – training provided Experience with Office 360, Excel and Word applications A positive, team‑first attitude and flexible approach Bonus if you have worked in the trades or mining sector before #J-18808-Ljbffr
