We are currently seeking a detail oriented and skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team in a full time role. Applicants must have at least 3 years' experience. Duties and responsibilities: Work closely with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, and clients to help keep projects on track and running smoothly Oversee contractor work, monitor progress, and report any changes or variations Prepare and review project reports, proposals, and general submissions Handle the paperwork and admin that comes with contracts, services, and projects Review and negotiate contract terms or variations when needed Respond to queries and help resolve any issues that come up during projects Gather and assess project data to track performance and outcomes Support senior management by highlighting key matters and putting decisions into action Help coordinate or review new office setups and accommodation requirements A salary between $90,000 - $100,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.
