We are currently looking for a Regional Manager to join our amazing Sales Team. Reporting to the State Manager, this role will develop new and existing business and ensure client relationships are managed and maintained effectively in the regions of South Australia.What you'll doMonitoring and reporting on client performance, identifying market trends and making recommendationsActing as the initial point of contact for the review and assessment of credit applications for commercial lendingDeveloping effective relationships with clients, understanding their needs and continuously looking at ways to add value and strengthen relationshipsContributing to the development of operational policies, procedures and systems for client servicing functionsNetwork Development; including creating and maintaining effective communication channels to resolve dealer issuesDriving and supporting our dealers to improve business performance, by supplying accurate and timely information to identify trends and make recommendationsReviewing key metrics and industry benchmarks on a monthly basisPromoting and implementing incentive programs to meet the needs of dealersFacilitating training on systems, processes, new activities and initiativesContinually looking for ways to drive incremental volumes at the desired return required by the businessWorking with brand partners to understand their goals and drive mutually beneficial outcomesWhat you'll bringTertiary qualifications in Business, Finance or a related disciplineExceptional sales abilities within a high-achieving dealership setting.4+ years' experience in Financial Services and Banking is preferable but not mandatory.Strong operational knowledge of wholesale/retail leasing, insurance or a related fieldPrevious credit assessment and/or risk management experience, and knowledge of appropriate credit processes is preferable but not mandatoryExcellent communication and relationship building skillsThe ability to plan and prioritise effectively across a large and geographically disperse regionAbility to work independently and remotelyFlexibility to travel interstate monthly for dealer meetings and head office meetings will be required on occasionAre you Driven by More?When you join Volkswagen Financial Services Australia you become part of a professional and dynamic team structure that is the foundation for the company's current and future success.
