The Role This is an operational and hands-on role with specialist responsibility for Learning & Development and Remuneration & Benefits. You'll partner with senior leaders to drive capability growth, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure our people feel valued and rewarded. Responsibilities Reporting to the People & Culture Executive, your key responsibilities will include : Learning & Development: Design and implement our L&D strategy, deliver leadership programs, and support succession planning. Remuneration & Benefits: Manage frameworks, conduct benchmarking, and ensure compliance with Australian employment legislation. Strategic HR Partnering: Provide insights on workforce planning, organisational design, and change management. Coach leaders on performance, engagement, and retention strategies. Culture & Engagement: Lead initiatives that promote diversity, inclusion, and a positive employee experience. Compliance & Reporting: Maintain policies, manage complex ER matters, and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making. About You You are an HR professional with the vision to align with strategy, the skill to grow talent, and the passion to create a culture where excellence is recognised and rewarded. You thrive on collaboration, influence, and delivering outcomes that make a real difference. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll bring : Degree qualifications in HR, Business, or related field. Proven experience in HR partnering with specialist expertise in Learning & Development and Remuneration & Benefits. Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice. Exceptional stakeholder engagement, analytical ability, and project management skills. What Ventura Can Offer You Competitive remuneration package.
