Discover more via our website.Your next career opportunity:As a Concierge at Melbourne Connect, you'll be the friendly face of this innovative precinct. You'll have the opportunity to interact with a diverse community of visitors, staff, and tenant partners, providing top-notch customer service and support. Your role will involve managing inquiries, assisting with events, and ensuring smooth operations across the Superfloor, allowing you to develop a wide range of skills in hospitality and customer relations.Your responsibilities will include: Provide Front-of-House Services: Greet the precinct's many hundreds of visitors a day, manage inquiries, and guide users to their destinations, serving as the primary point of contact for the precinct.Support Event Management: Assist with setup, coordination, and breakdown of events, including managing bookings and providing on-site support.Maintain Facility Operations: Ensure meeting spaces are well-presented, assist with audio-visual equipment, and coordinate with service providers for seamless precinct operations. Manage costs and revenue of the meeting rooms and concierge service as a business stream on behalf of the Director Operations.Enhance Customer Experience: Develop FAQs, implement service improvements, and build strong relationships with Melbourne Connect community stakeholders.
