What you’ll be doing As a Finance Graduateat Alcoa, you to learn, grow, and develop hands‑on experience and expertise in: Corporate Finance – including financial accounting, statutory requirements and financial planning & analysis Financial Shared Services – critical month end costing processes for raw materials & inventory, asset inventory and other key controllership requirements Internal Audit – key controllership and involvement in internal audits of operations Location accounting – including business partnering and management accounting Tax & Treasury support Development and mentoring Throughout the program, you will be provided with: Coaching , mentoring , hands‑on and professional training . Diverse experiences ; from working in our corporate offices, to a local on‑site environment within our 2 mine sites, 3 powerhouses and 2 alumina refineries. About you To play a part in our ongoing success we are seeking someone who: Is a self‑starter with the ability to work autonomously. Uses initiative and takes ownership of their work. Drives positive outcomes with the ability to engage with and understand customers.
