Job Description About the role This role is a for an experienced Site Foreman with a focus on administering quality, safety and environmental management. You will need to work autonomously at times and also coordinate internal and external resources About You You will be a high calibre individual with a focus on delivering quality projects and overseeing site functions. Ideally you will be an enthusiastic and driven individual, with high standards and willingness to learn will thrive working alongside a team of exceptional professionals Skills and Experience Qualifications relevant to the role Extensive experience in building construction Proven 3 years minimum experience managing small to medium commercial projects within the commercial, education, medical, childcare, industrial or multi-residential sectors Be component in understanding and delivering both the building structure and the finishes. Excellent communication and personal skills A person who is enthusiastic, self-motivated and quality driven Be able to work successfully in a team environment (this is not negotiable; you must fit in with our Company Culture) Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to our high standards Good computer/ mobile device skills for daily use of Programs & Apps (e.g. Procore) Enthusiastic and driven individuals, with high standards and willingness to learn will thrive working alongside a team of exceptional professionals.
