Marketing Manager - Property Development Ignite Projects is a multi-residential property development company based in Burleigh Heads. We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Marketing Manager with a strong background in the property industry. This is a critical leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering the full marketing campaign for each development, from brand positioning through to the buyer journey. The ideal candidate will be proactive, creative, and results-driven – someone who thrives on strategy but can also manage execution with precision. Key Requirements Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple developments Collaborate with the sales team to review, adapt, and improve campaigns based on buyer behaviour and sales insights Manage external design consultants to deliver key collateral including branding, hoarding, brochures, signage, and digital assets Plan and execute project launch events and coordinate display suite activation Oversee CRM management and customer journey mapping, including automation and lead nurturing workflows Ensure listings, copy, imagery, and campaigns are optimised and kept up to date Plan and implement EDM campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and reporting Oversee and execute social media strategies – including creative briefs and scheduling shoots Manage and grow social platforms (Instagram, Facebook) for various projects Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations Manage budgets, timelines, and reporting What We’re Looking For Strong experience in off-the-plan property marketing, with a deep understanding of the buyer journey Proven ability to build, execute, and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels Hands‑on experience managing consultants, creatives, and internal teams to deliver seamless campaigns Highly organised, strategic, and proactive – comfortable owning the entire campaign lifecycle Proficiency with digital tools (REA, Domain, CRM, META) A bold, creative mindset — you're not afraid to push boundaries, think outside the box, and bring fresh energy to every campaign About us Ignite Projects is a dynamic property development company with three projects in the pipeline, and a strong pipeline for future growth.
