Branch Manager

Lead our flagship regional freight branch and take your career to the next level. Bulk Group is looking for an experienced and hands‑on Branch Manager to lead our Grafton operation — the largest and highest-volume site in our Bulk Regional Express NSW network. With 40+ team members on‑site (drivers, dock hands, forklift operators, and admin support), this role suits someone who thrives in a busy, operational environment and knows how to keep freight, people, and performance moving. If you enjoy being on the floor with your team, solving problems on the fly, and running a high-volume depot end-to-end, this is an opportunity to step into a high-impact operational leadership role. What you’ll lead: Full depot operations — from linehaul receival to last‑mile delivery Morning sort, scanning accuracy, route planning and dispatch A large and cross‑functional team across freight, drivers, and depot operations Compliance excellence (WHS, CoR, NHVR), including toolbox talks and safety leadership Rosters, site KPIs (DIFOT, scan compliance, cost‑per‑drop), investigations and follow‑ups Customer relationships, service recovery, and continuous improvement initiatives What you’ll bring: Proven leadership experience in transport, depot, parcel, courier, or logistics operations A hands‑on, people‑focused approach to leading teams Strong knowledge of last‑mile delivery, route planning and driver coordination Solid understanding of CoR, NHVR, WHS and freight handling requirements Comfortable with transport systems, scanning technology and operational reporting A valid forklift license (essential) Why join Bulk Group?
