About The Role Our warehouse and production site is the heart of Air Aroma; where ideas turn into beautifully finished products. This isn't your usual warehouse role You'll be part of a small, hands‑on team, filling, labelling, and packing our signature scents ready for dispatch. We're looking for an energetic, detail‑oriented all‑rounder who takes pride in doing things right the first time. If you're organised, proactive, and enjoy a fast‑paced, active environment, this could be the perfect role for you. Working closely with our Technicians and Sales and Administration teams, you'll quickly become an essential part of our operation, ensuring every product leaving the warehouse meets our high standards. What you’ll be doing Using online courier and logistics software to schedule and dispatch packages for pickup and delivery. Prior experience with Australia Post, Couriers Please, DHL and/or Startrack will be highly regarded. Filling, capping, labelling, and packaging bottles with precision and care Preparing and packing finished products ready for dispatch Creating packing lists and tracking orders using Excel Conducting bi‑yearly stocktakes and helping maintain accurate inventory Ensuring all products meet quality standards Lifting boxes and wrapping pallets ready for shipment Organising incoming and outgoing pallets Unpacking deliveries and entering stock into the system What you’ll bring Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high‑quality work A logical, practical mindset with great problem‑solving skills Experience using pallet stackers, hand tools, computers, and printers A desire to keep things organised and running smoothly, so that you meet deadlines with ease The ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a team A solid understanding of safe work practices Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Comfort working in factory and/or laboratory environments Completed secondary school education What We Offer A friendly, collaborative team passionate about what we do Competitive salary and birthday leave Generous staff discounts on all Air Aroma products A true promote from within mentality, with opportunities to grow within a global organisation A chance to make a real impact in a growing company This is a full‑time, on‑site role (Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm), with no shift work or late nights You'll be based in our brand‑new, purpose‑built warehouse in Moorabbin, complete with modern amenities, end‑of‑trip facilities, and on‑site parking.
