Be challenged and imagine with us As Domestic Campaigns Manager you will lead the strategic direction and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive domestic student recruitment across enabling, undergraduate and postgraduate programs. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping campaign strategy, fostering high-level stakeholder engagement, and ensuring the successful delivery of targeted, data‑informed marketing initiatives. In this role you will : Develop and implement strategic campaign plans that align with student recruitment goals, leveraging paid, earned and owned media channels. Provide expert guidance to internal stakeholders on campaign strategy, media planning, and messaging frameworks to maximise impact. Build and maintain strong relationships across Future Students, Colleges, and other key teams to ensure collaborative campaign delivery. Oversee campaign execution, including budget and timeline management, agency coordination, and performance tracking to optimise outcomes. Manage and mentor a Domestic Campaign Coordinator to support campaign delivery and performance. This continuing position is full time and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal land). How will you inspire us? You will have : Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns with a strong understanding of media strategy, market intelligence and performance analytics. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams. Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to interpret data, develop reports and present insights to inform decision‑making.
