Supply Chain Administrator - Prestons - Retail Food Industry We are a food-based importer who provide 3PL solutions to small and large food-based brands in Australia. This role will be in charge of the logistics administration and servicing for our largest client. You will be based in our Prestons offices and be responsible for a wide variety of customer service, reporting and supply chain administration. Responsibilities Order processing and approvals Charge sheets, packing slips, container arrival reports and dispatch advice Inventory counts, invoicing, reports and stock management Follow ups around MOQs, deliveries and general communications Updating and maintaining customer and inventory data on WMS and MYOB Identifying and resolving information gaps Compliance, audits and regulatory activities Receiving and processing bills Relationship management and client support Continuous improvement by offering ideas for process improvement Common sense, a high attention to detail and you thrive on improving processes. Qualifications & Experience Supply chain and/or warehouse administration experience, ideally in the food industry Exposure to international markets and importing processes Strong administration experience with Microsoft (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Friendly and professional phone and email-based communication General accounting, invoicing and reporting knowledge Proficiency in the use of MYOB and Warehouse Management Systems A high level of organisation A drive to streamline analytical and admin processes Excellent attention to detail What We Provide In this role, you will support and service a globally recognised brand with space to make the processes your own.
