If you’re passionate about technology and looking to work with a talented team in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and capable on‑site Apple Certified Repairer to join our growing team. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys hands‑on technical work, problem‑solving, and supporting end users in a fast‑paced environment. The position is based on‑site at a school, where you will provide Apple device repairs, asset support, and level 1/2 help desk assistance for staff and students. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics and troubleshooting of Macs, iPads and accessories Repair Macs to a high standard in a timely manner Manage parts inventory, including accurate tracking, stock control, and reordering Maintain accurate job records, including ticket updates, charges, and repair notes Keep workstations, tools, and equipment clean, organised, and well‑maintained Provide level 1/2 help desk support for hardware, software, and user issues Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries with patience and professionalism Answer phone calls and emails related to service inquiries and job status updates Deploy and configure new devices, including imaging, setup, and handover to end users Key Skills and Attributes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment Detail‑oriented, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of service Excellent problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think critically and quickly Qualifications and Experience Experience repairing/troubleshooting Macs and iPads in a professional or education environment Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills Familiarity with ticketing systems and basic asset management Ability to work independently on‑site and manage workload priorities Why Winthrop Australia?
