For more information about who we are and what we do, please visit our website at About the role We're growing in the Gympie Region and need friendly, reliable people to join our Support at Home Team as Domestic Assistants. Your job is simple but important : help our aged care clients keep their homes clean, safe, and comfortable, and provide transport to appointments when needed. Do you have cleaning experience, great attention to detail, clear communication skills, and your own car? Do you enjoy making a real difference in someone's life? You’ll need to be a good communicator, build positive relationships, and be passionate about supporting older people in our community. What you'll do General cleaning: vacuuming, dusting, mopping, bathrooms, kitchens. Laundry: washing, drying, folding, ironing. Help with simple meal prep. Keep homes safe and hygienic. Report any concerns about client wellbeing or safety. What we're looking for Attention to detail and pride in your work. Reliable and punctual. Respectful and caring attitude. Able to work independently and manage time well. Able to show initiative. Cleaning or aged care experience (preferred but not essential). What we offer Flexible hours to suit you. Casual hourly rate : $ Super (SCHADS Award Level 1). Travel allowance : $0.99 / km. Salary packaging up to $15,900 per year (pro rata). Meal entertainment cap of $2,650 per year (pro rata).
