While this project is already flying, your future roles will involve full-project lifecycle delivery - including basement and structure - so proven experience managing multi-level apartment builds from start to finish is essential. Expect to take ownership, set the tone on site, and drive the build through to a sharp finish. The Builder A privately‑owned, growing head contractor delivering luxury apartments across Melbourne’s South East. Led by a tight‑knit leadership group with top‑tier backgrounds, they combine hands‑on site smarts with a commercial mindset, and ambitious plans for growth. With a strong pipeline of lux apartment projects in the $10M – $25M range, they’re growing steadily - without overreaching - and they want quality people on the journey with them.
