We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bakery Supervisor to join the production team and help drive operational excellence. The Role As a Bakery Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day production operations, ensuring products are made safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead a team of production staff, maintain compliance with food safety standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead production staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure smooth operations. Manage bakery production schedules to meet customer demand and maintain product quality. Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and safety regulations. Monitor production processes, identify issues, and implement practical solutions. Collaborate with other departments to maintain efficient workflow and production planning. Maintain accurate records, including production logs, staff performance, and inventory reports. About You Previous experience in a bakery manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory or team leader role. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a production team. Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance requirements in a manufacturing environment.
