Bakery Production Coordinator

Little Sister Bakery Melbourne – Braeside VIC We’re an artisanal bakery producing handcrafted breads and pastries for six retail shops and a large, fast-growing wholesale production site. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Production Coordinator to help keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. As our Production Coordinator, you’ll be the central link between our production facility and all retail locations—ensuring communication is clear, processes are aligned, and teams are prepared for daily operations and future growth. We are looking for someone with excellent hygiene, strong maintenance habits, keen attention to detail, and the ability to execute plans and meet targets—a proactive, can-do individual. What You’ll Do: Coordinate communication between retail shops, production teams, distribution and management Ensure daily production plans are followed and adjusted as needed Maintain alignment across departments on product requirements, timelines, and quality standards Create and support process improvement and workflow efficiency Assist with scheduling, inventory checks, and production documentation Help ensure smooth operations that support our growth and organisational structure What We’re Looking For: Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across different teams A proactive, solution-focused mindset Experience in a production, manufacturing, bakery, food industry, or factory setting is a strong advantage Background in team coordination or organisational leadership would be highly beneficial If you feel you have the right experience and skill set for this role, we’d love to hear from you.
