Support Manningham Council’s Strategic Asset Management and Property Portfolio projects in a hybrid, fixed-term graduate role. Your Role Key responsibilities include: Supporting the implementation of responsive, flexible, and accurate work systems and practices. Preparing information and data on community, services, and assets. Providing general and technical support to internal stakeholders regarding Strategic Asset Management. Collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve service-led asset management and strategic property portfolio goals. About You What you'll need: Completed a tertiary degree in property, engineering, community planning, or related field within the last 2 years. Seeking an entry-level pathway into community planning or asset management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality. Well-developed organisational skills to plan, prioritise, and organise work to meet objectives and targets. Understanding of asset management and property management. Compensation & Benefits Annual package of AUD $81,962 plus superannuation. Fixed-term full-time position for 24 months. Band 5 classification with a monthly Rostered Day Off (RDO). Hybrid working arrangements available. Free on-site parking at Doncaster location.
