Senior OTR Tyre Service Trainer Assessor Salary: $130,000–$145,000 + Super + Annual KPI Bonus Location: Australia (Hub-Based / Remote, with Domestic & International Travel) KLINGE is recognized globally as a leader in OTR tyre service, safety, and training across the mining sector. We are looking for a trainer assessor specialising in OTR tyre service to join our team and sell, develop and deliver industry‑leading training programs for mine sites and technicians across Australia and the world. Success looks like: Delivering high quality, compliant, and engaging training Maintaining exceptional safety standards Representing KLINGE professionally with clients Contributing to continuous improvement of training content and global best‑practice Consistently achieving sales targets by managing your pipe, following up leads, and turning expertise into commercial outcomes. This role is critical to our mission of raising tyre service standards worldwide and supporting safer, more efficient mining operations. Responsibilities Deliver OTR tyre service training and assessment (accredited and non‑accredited) across client sites Maintain training compliance including documentation, evidence collection, and assessment records Conduct on‑site evaluations and practical competency assessments Work with mining clients to identify training needs and tailor solutions Contribute to the ongoing development, improvement, and modernization of KLINGE training materials Travel to mine sites (domestic + international) to conduct training and site support Support internal quality assurance processes and uphold KLINGE safety standards Represent KLINGE as a technical expert in client meetings, audits, and field operations Support client success activities related to your specialty (e.g., technical insights, scheduled site visits, training planning) Qualifications & Skills Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122), or willingness to obtain it with our support Demonstrated OTR tyre service experience at a high level (technician / leading hand / supervisor) Strong safety mindset and understanding of mining risk management Ability to deliver training to diverse groups in a clear, practical, and engaging way Ability to pass mine‑site medicals and drug/alcohol testing Willingness to undertake regular travel (domestic and international) Highly Desirable AURKTJ011, AURKTJ012, AURKTJ015, AURKTJ016 or AUR21920 Certificate II in Automotive Tyre Servicing Technology (or equivalent industry recognised experience) Experience working within mining operations, tyre bays, or OEM/contractor environments Previous training or assessor experience Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder‑management skills What We Offer $130,000–$145,000 base + super + annual performance bonus Flexible hub‑based work (live in any major Australian city) Work with a respected global brand shaping industry standards Travel opportunities domestically and overseas Support to upskill and maintain your training certifications A high‑trust, supportive culture with real career pathways #J-18808-Ljbffr
