About the role : In a Release Manager / Project Management – Technology role, you’ll use best-in-breed PM tools to help us deliver products that will change the world of fintech. This will include setting up and managing a regular platform release for one of our key clients and overseeing the enhancement and development of products and services within the platform. Your Project management skills are also needed to manage and deliver new internal information systems and applications. About the team : What you will be doing : Scheduling and managing a regular release schedule Working with product development, sales, client relationship teams, technology solutions, service delivery and / or other cross-functional teams Developing robust client relationships and managing escalations and client incidents Managing project risk and serving as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams What you will need : Extensive experience in Release Management with sound knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures and guidelines as well as various IT project methodologies and life cycles Advanced skills with project management software. A bachelor’s in computer science, management information systems or business administration or the equivalent experience – PMP (Project Management Professional) certification may be required Knowledge and experience in the financial services industry Excellent analysis, problem-solving, team, conflict management and time management skills Ability to interact effectively with executive level clients What we offer you : A career at FIS is more than just a job.
