What tasks are waiting for you? Analyze and present quality data to support decision‑making. Proactively identify and elevate emerging issues, trends, and data quality concerns. Deliver regular reporting to the Quality Management team. Maintain and develop dashboards aligned with KPIs and metrics. Support stakeholders with ad‑hoc reports and data interpretation. Contribute to cross‑functional and cross‑regional projects and improvement initiatives. Handle service code update requests. Analyze data to ensure correct use of symptom codes and maintain an updated code set. Participate in SOP updates and support audits. It would be great if you have: a bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Quality Management, or a related field; 2–4 years of experience in data analysis or quality management, including: proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools; ability to work with large datasets and deliver actionable insights; experience using AI-driven analytical tools when appropriate; general technical understanding in electronics, acoustics, and software; knowledge of audit processes and compliance requirements; familiarity with regulatory requirements related to hearing aids; fluency in English.
