About the Role As our Marketing & Social Media Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Marketing team across all areas from social media management and digital marketing to artwork checking and packaging updates. This is a hands‑on opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills and make an impact within an established, fast-moving FMCG brand. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain JC’s social media presence across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), including content creation, scheduling, and engagement. Support the execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Review and check artwork and packaging designs to ensure accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency. Coordinate POS materials, promotional flyers, and product collateral from concept to delivery. Liaise with internal departments, designers, and suppliers to meet marketing deadlines. Support the planning and execution of marketing events, product launches, and trade shows. Monitor and report on social media analytics and campaign performance. About You To succeed in this role, you’ll bring: 2+ years of experience in a marketing or social media role, ideally within FMCG or a related industry. Exceptional attention to detail, especially when reviewing artwork or packaging. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), or similar. A passion for social media, creative storytelling, and consumer trends. A proactive and positive attitude with a collaborative mindset. Why Join JC’s?
