The Opportunity Come and join our team We are seeking a Community Disability Support Worker located in Belmont North You will be responsible for support a customer with daily living tasks supporting them to live an independent and holistic life. Each day may look a little different but your work will be centered around the following : Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home Providing support with hygiene and personal care Assistance support and chaperoning activities outside the home environment Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication Meal assistance which may include meal preparation Qualifications Drivers License reliable vehicle and comprehensive car insurance At least one year experience as a Disability Support Worker NDIS Clearance First Aid (3 yrs) CPR (12 months) & National police clearance - or willingness to obtain What we Offer Flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle work / life balance needs and availability Above-average casual rates Paid travel between client shifts (minimum distance applies) Employee referral bonus to the value of $300 Retail perks and discounts through Flare benefits Paid induction training when you start Paid annual training for mandatory modules On-the-job advice and mentoring from a field support leader Career pathways Shine Awards Employee of the month We are a values-led organisation we bring energy act with integrity nurture and care and we listen and connect.
