For more than 60 years, we have created thriving places around the globe.**About the Role:**Our Corporate Affairs and Marketing (CA&M) team have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to be part of the Build to Rent National Marketing team.Based in our Brisbane office, this position offers a full time, 12-month fixed term contract role reporting directly to the National Marketing Manager, Build to Rent.As part of our National BTR Marketing Team, you’ll be at the forefront of creating vibrant communities and unforgettable customer experiences. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-impact marketing strategies that drive leasing success and create memorable customer experiences aligned with the Lendlease brand. You’ll collaborate with property managers, guide campaign execution, and ensure every project meets its performance goals.**Key Responsibilities:*** Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, PR, and more.* Drive leasing leads and customer engagement through strategic marketing initiatives.* Collaborate with property managers and leasing teams to deliver seamless customer journeys.* Champion the Lendlease brand and ensure every touchpoint reflects our values.* Use data and insights to refine strategies and report on performance.**About You:*** Relevant tertiary qualifications supported by extensive experience in a similar role within the Property or Residential space.* Strong experience in stakeholder management.* Digital marketing and developing content and customer engagement plans across the customer journey is your passion.* Fast-paced environments are something you thrive in.* Enjoy using data and insights to make decisions.* Ability to think strategically, whilst being comfortable being hands on.* You take ownership for business outcomes and opportunities.* You’re a collaborative team player with great communication skills.At Lendlease we offer workplaces that unite diverse minds; where respect, equitable treatment and equitable opportunity are just the norm.
