We're expanding Onsite Technology Solutions is looking for a skilled Mobile IT Technician to support our clients across Melbourne. This is a casual role (20 hours/week) with strong potential to increase or transition to permanent part‑time or full‑time. We are a fast growing MSP focused on Medical IT and SME clients. Our clients range from GP/Specialist/Dental clinics to SME clients in a variety of industries from manufacturing to food services to importers. What You'll Do Support Windows 8/10/11 and Windows Server Configure and troubleshoot VPNs (OpenVPN, Windows VPN) Work with firewalls: Fortinet, Ubiquiti, Cisco Meraki Support SQL databases & client-server applications Assemble NUC PCs & desktop PCs Perform server hardware tasks (RAM, disks, RAID setup) Attend onsite client visits across Melbourne & regional Vic What We're Looking For Strong Microsoft desktop & server knowledge Good understanding of networking, VPNs, and firewalls SQL knowledge Fluent English Right to work in Australia Valid Australian driver's license Own reliable car (fuel & tolls covered) Why Join Us Flexible part-time hours (20/week) Opportunity to grow into permanent part-time or full-time Variety of clients and technologies Supportive team and work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
