Inventory Manager | $100K + Super | Truganina Salary: $95K - $100K + Super Start Date: ASAP Are you a seasoned inventory expert ready to take ownership of operations in a high-volume, multi-client warehouse? This is a rare opportunity to lead inventory functions across two major sites — including a brand-new 25,000 sqm facility launching in early 2026. About the Role: As the Inventory Manager, you’ll oversee day to day inventory operations across a large, multi customer warehouse. You’ll play a key role in the upcoming inventory migration to a new site, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless transitions. Key Responsibilities Lead inventory operations across a 14,000 sqm warehouse, expanding to 25,000 sqm in Q1 2026. Manage all aspects of inventory migration and slotting for the new facility. Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy and compliance with SOPs. Perform and oversee inventory slotting and optimisation. ABC classifications and reporting. Stocktakes, cycle counts, and adjustments. Data analysis and trend reporting (Excel-based). Operate within SAP Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Participate in internal audits and uphold governance standards. Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to ensure smooth inventory control across multiple accounts. About You Extensive experience in inventory management (not just warehouse operations). Proven success in large-scale, multi-client warehouse environments (25,000 sqm+). Strong understanding of spare parts and logistics operations. Highly analytical, process-driven, and detail oriented. Resilient and resourceful, with a proactive approach to problem solving. Willing to be hands on and go the extra mile during audits, transitions, and migrations. Checks Required Police, sanctions, medical and valid work rights (minimum PR) Why Apply?
